Basically, we come in and price higher end items and everything else is "make a pile" and we shoot buyers a price on the spot!
These are ideal for houses with a ton of smaller lower value items, barns, garages, etc. Generally, with these the labor costs for our normal pristine Carnaby set-up would be prohibitive.
We find that people love digging for a bargain, and sometimes these sales do a lot better than they would have otherwise!
